Kristine was drawn to the philosophy of osteopathy and its hands-on approach. As a holistic system of diagnosis and treatment, it recognises the interconnected nature of the body and the person as a whole, understanding that the person is a totality of body, mind, and spirit. In practice, the osteopath listens to the patient with this totality in mind, recognising that an imbalance between these aspects, or past traumas and illnesses can affect the person’s current state of wellbeing.

As an AHPRA registered healthcare professional Kristine understands that osteopaths are part of the big picture of the health care system. The priority is to work in the best interests of the patient, which may involve referral to GP’s and other healthcare providers when necessary.

Kristine runs a well-established private practice in Sydney and in 2020 decided to call the Southern Highlands home.
